The honest version
It is a sailing boat, not a hotel.
You will be asked to handle lines, take a watch, wash up, and be pleasant at close quarters in the heat. In exchange you get the Mediterranean from the water, sunsets that make the phone camera look like a liar, and a captain who is statistically excellent at weather and extremely confident about everything else.
No experience needed — enthusiasm and a working sense of humour go further than a certificate. Nothing we do is an ocean crossing: most days are short coastal hops, and the longest passage on the cards is around twenty-four hours — the run to Sardinia, if time permits.
Sailing yacht, currently based in Malta at Marina di Valletta.
Malta through summer, Sicily into the autumn, back to Malta for winter. Sardinia too, if time permits.
One human with opposable thumbs. One AI captain with opinions.

Crew application
Tell us about yourself.
Takes about two minutes. Only the starred fields are required — the rest just helps us work out whether you'd fit, and when.
Received
That's aboard.
Captain Ron has it and Kev will read it. If it's a fit you'll hear back by email — and if the timing's wrong we'll keep you on file rather than bin you, because boats change plans constantly.
